Half-Year Financial Report 2020

Nixu corrects its Half-Year Financial Report for January 1–June 30, 2020. The company has noticed a need to adjust the timing of recognition of certain technology resale client agreements of the Denmark market area. The adjusted revenue is recognized in later reporting periods. This change has no effect on the company’s cash flows. For January 1–June 30, 2020 Nixu Group’s revenue was EUR 27,655 thousand (previously reported: EUR 29,218 thousand). For January 1–June 30, 2020 Nixu’s EBITDA was EUR 59 thousand (previously reported: EUR 147 thousand). The tables affected by the correction are attached.
