Nixu Corporation has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from OP-Rahastoyhtiö Oy (business ID 0743962-2) on June 28, 2021.
According to the notification, the aggregate ownership of OP-Suomi Pienyhtiöt and OP-Suomi Mikroyhtiöt investment funds, managed by OP-Rahastoyhtiö Oy, in Nixu Corporation’s shares (ISIN: FI0009008387) decreased under five (5) per cent threshold on June 23, 2021.
