Nixu Corporation’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023

Nixu Corporation Stock Exchange Release on November 28, 2022 at 4.30 p.m. EET  

In 2023, Nixu Corporation publishes a financial statements release, annual report, half-year financial report and provides CEO’s review, revenue information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for the first and third quarter according to the following schedule:

  • Financial statements release for 2022: Thursday, February 9, 2023
  • CEO’s review, revenue information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for January – March 2023: Thursday, April 20, 2023
  • Half-year financial report January – June 2023: Thursday, August 10, 2023
  • CEO’s review, revenue information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for July – September 2023: Wednesday, October 18, 2023

The Annual Report 2022 will be published on week 10. It includes the Financial Statements, Board of Directors' Report, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report. It will be available on Nixu’s website at www.nixu.com/investors.

AGM 2023

The planned date for the Annual General Meeting is Thursday, April 27, 2023. The company’s Board of Directors will send out an official call for the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
